Although we have a bunch of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes just south of the campus - Tech has just over 30,000 students...so please plan ahead.

Most properties come available between May 16th and mid-August. By the end of March/beginning of April, we have a pretty good idea of which ones will be available and we either extend leases with existing tenants or pre-lease their house to new tenants.

Rents are generally:

• 1 Bedroom Apts -     $375 to $650
• 2 Bedroom Houses - $800 to $1,100
• 3 Bedroom Houses - $1,200 to $1,600
• 4 Bedroom Houses - $1,500 to $2,000
